Polish Process

When grinding the elbow, 80 mesh shutter wheel should be used. The black one is easier to use. The apprentice suggests to use the red one. It must be slow and can't be pressed by force. The grinder should be leveled as far as possible when grinding.

After all grinding, start to change 320 mesh louver grinding wheel again. Grinding with 320 mesh wheel must be very careful, otherwise 80 mesh wheel scratch will be left.

After grinding with 320 mesh louver grinding wheel, wax the elbow. It is better to add more wax for novice.

Then, with the kenaf wheel to continue grinding, at this time to press the grinding, the more force the better.

After grinding, remember to wipe the wax clean, it is easier to wipe with dust.

Don't grind the wire too quickly.
