Welding Sequence of Structural Components

1. Preparation work before welding

2. Welding sequence

(2) For circular structural components, the two ends of the diameter should be welded first, then the middle part should be welded, and finally the joint should be filled.

(3) For T-shaped structural components, the horizontal part of the T-shaped structure should be welded first, and then the vertical part should be welded. This can avoid deformation of components caused by welding.

(4) For I-type structural components, welding should be carried out from the center to both ends, and then the joint in the central part should be filled.

(5) For trapezoidal structural components, parallel sides should be welded first, and then beveled edges should be welded.
