Methods for Removing Burrs in Laser Cutting Processing


1. Tape removal method


The burrs generated by laser cutting are very small and difficult to remove. In this case, we can apply transparent tape to the burrs, gently compact them, and then tear off the tape to remove the burrs. 2. Polishing method

4. Laser polishing method


After laser cutting, burrs can be removed by laser polishing. Laser polishing can remove burrs and improve the surface smoothness and quality of workpieces, but its equipment cost and operational difficulty are also relatively high.
