1. It may be that the light intensity is not adjusted properly, resulting in the final ending not overlapping. Generally speaking, the difference between the maximum light intensity and the minimum light intensity should not exceed 5%, and the speed should not be adjusted too fast. If it is too fast, the frame may skip. , the results do not coincide.

7. Caused by accuracy errors of guide rails and screws

If the servo motor parameter error affects the cutting quality, then the accuracy error of the guide rail and screw will also directly cause the round hole accuracy to fall short of expectations.
