Methods for Treating Welding Deformation of Pipes

Ⅰ. Reasons for welding deformation of pipes

1. Cooling treatment: After welding, cooling treatment can be used, which involves placing the welded pipe in water or air to quickly cool the pipe and restore its original shape.

2. Mechanical treatment: Mechanical treatment can be used to restore the original shape of the pipe by applying pressure or stretching.

3. Heat treatment: If cooling or mechanical treatment cannot solve the problem, different heat treatment methods such as tempering, annealing, and normalizing can be used to restore the original shape of the pipe.
