High Speed Punch Press

The high-speed punching machine is made of integrated special cast iron alloy, which has high rigidity and seismic resistance. The slider is designed with a long guide path and is equipped with a slider balance device to ensure precise and stable operation. All wear-resistant components are equipped with an electronic timed automatic lubrication system. If there is a lack of lubricating oil, the press will automatically stop. Advanced and simple control system ensures the accuracy of slider operation and stopping. Can be combined with any automated production needs to improve production efficiency and reduce costs.

Punch speed

There are two types of punching machines on the market in Taiwan and China called high speed, one is the highest speed of 400 times per minute, and the other is 1000 times per minute. If your product mold requires a speed of 300 times/minute or higher, you should choose a punching machine with a speed of 1000 times/minute. Because the equipment cannot be used to the limit, and punching machines with a frequency of less than 400 times per minute generally do not have a mandatory lubrication system. Only butter lubrication is used in the joint part, and the punching head structure adopts a slider type, which makes it difficult to ensure accuracy. During long-term work, wear and tear occur quickly, accuracy decreases, molds are prone to damage, machines and molds have a high maintenance rate, which delays time and affects delivery time.
